I Run Tons Coaching & Training Rates/Options:

  • A personalized three month daily, detailed individualized training program with weekly feedback, and nutritional evaluation and feedback $150.  (This is the best option for established runners who simply need the plan.)
  • Pay by the session for one- on-one coaching sessions, $50 per 60 minute session.
  • A personalized three month daily, detailed, individualized training program with weekly feedback plus six one-on-one training sessions, nutritional information and strength training information. $350.

* Each package includes a free 30 minute observation, consultation session to determine current baseline and objectives.

The online training plan was perfect for me.  With an extra busy schedule and wanting to train for a race, it was awesome to have my workouts planned for me. It was great that the training calendar was provided via an IRunTons online calendar, which I synched with my smart phone, so I had my workout plan with me at all times.  Checking in/posting my workout log on the calendar also kept me accountable.  I also appreciated that Coach planned the running and cross-training around my boot camp class schedule.  I was able to train confidently and worry-free knowing the correct plan was done for me!  The online support was fantastic, it was great to work with Coach one-on-one even though we are thousands of miles apart.

THANK YOU-SO MUCH for an awesome week.  The kids are loving what they learned at Running Camp and are excited to do a race in the near future- still searching for one.  Before camp I had gotten them all stop watches and I think the boys have worn theirs to bed each night- it is awesome!!  I loved how well rounded the class was- learning about nutrition and the physical part- also the fact that it could include all three of my children was wonderful!!  I just wanted to let you know that you made a difference last week in their lives and hopefully for years to come.  I know it motivates me and it just may have motivated my husband.  I am trying to talk him into a half marathon in March 2012 in Florida.  Time will tell.  Hopefully we’ll see you at the Thanksgiving Turkey Trot!!

Coach whipped me into wedding shape in just a few short weeks. (That’s right, men want to look good for their weddings too)  As a non-runner for the first 29 years of my life I didn't know where to start, so I asked the most fit person I know. Her detailed program challenged me but also kept me motivated. I ran my first 5K in the spring when I could barely run a mile before! Great way to get started and improve you life and health overall.
