I Run Tons Coaching & Training Rates/Options:
- A personalized three month daily, detailed individualized training program with weekly feedback, and nutritional evaluation and feedback $150. (This is the best option for established runners who simply need the plan.)
- Pay by the session for one- on-one coaching sessions, $50 per 60 minute session.
- A personalized three month daily, detailed, individualized training program with weekly feedback plus six one-on-one training sessions, nutritional information and strength training information. $350.
* Each package includes a free 30 minute observation, consultation session to determine current baseline and objectives.

THANK YOU-SO MUCH for an awesome week. The kids are loving what they learned at Running Camp and are excited to do a race in the near future- still searching for one. Coach whipped me into wedding shape in just a few short weeks.
